Car Dealership Site Layout
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need a professionally drafted site plan that clearly maps out the core functional areas of my used car dealership. The focus is the parking area and an adjoining office footprint, with the office serving specifically as sales space. Within the parking zone I must see distinct, well-signed allocations for customer parking, employee parking, and inventory storage so traffic flows intuitively and meets local code. City of Chilliwack, BC, V2R4G4, Canada
Please work to scale and include drive aisles, ingress/egress points, and any required setbacks or landscaping strips. Position the sales office so it connects naturally to the customer parking bays and keeps inventory storage out of the customer’s immediate view. If you see an opportunity to allow for a future showroom or service bay without disrupting today’s layout, feel free to indicate it as an optional area.
Deliverables
• A scaled CAD or comparable source file plus a print-ready PDF
• Stall counts and dimensions called out for each parking category
• Basic legend and north arrow so the city planning desk can read it at a glance
Accuracy, clarity, and a clean professional presentation are more important to me than ornate visuals, so keep the drawing concise and code-compliant.
