Campus Furniture Layout & Renderings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am refreshing several college classrooms, lounges, and study areas and need a designer who can translate my loose sketches into a clear, colorful plan that works with multiple contract–grade furniture lines. The end goal is a vibrant, student-friendly environment, so the layouts must be space-efficient yet energetic in palette and form.
Starting from the architectural drawings I will supply, please develop:
• A 2-D space plan (DWG or similar) that shows every desk, table, lounge piece, and ancillary item, tagged by manufacturer and model so purchasing is straightforward.
• Full-color renderings that communicate the bold, lively scheme I’m after—one hero view for each classroom, lounge, and study zone (SketchUp + V-Ray, Revit, or your preferred rendering tool is fine as long as the files are exportable to JPG/PNG).
• A furniture matrix noting counts and finish selections so I can confirm quantities with each vendor.
I’ll review and mark up one round of revisions; after sign-off, deliver the final files ready for the dealer’s quote package. Accuracy on dimensions and circulation paths is critical—ADA clearances must stay intact. If you have recent higher-ed or corporate space-planning samples, that will help me gauge fit quickly.
