Campground 2D Presentation Rendering

I need a clean, professional 2-dimensional rendering of a proposed campground so I can walk the local board through the concept visually. The drawing must feel presentation-ready—clear labels, balanced colours, easy to read when projected or printed.

Level of finish
I’m after a detailed drawing with amenities, not just a quick sketch. Scale, paths and proportions should read accurately enough for a non-technical audience to grasp the flow of the site.

Amenities that must appear
• Restrooms
• Playground
• Campsites (individual pads or clear groupings)
• Walking trail and the internal road network

Layout notes
The final composition should show how the roads loop through the park, where each campsite sits, and how visitors reach shared facilities without crowding natural areas. If you use CAD, Illustrator, SketchUp (2D export) or similar, please keep layers organised so small tweaks are easy during review.

Deliverables
• High-resolution PDF and PNG/JPEG suitable for a slideshow and for a 24" × 36" print
• Source file (DWG, AI, or equivalent) with editable layers
• Up to two rounds of minor revisions after I place initial comments

Timing
I’d like a first draft within one week of award; we can finalise within the following few days.
