California Kitchen Renovation Plans

I’m preparing a building-permit package for a residential kitchen renovation here in California and need clear, code-ready floor plans. All dimensions must reflect existing conditions and the new layout so the city can easily review “existing” and “proposed” sheets side-by-side.

I will supply field measurements, photos, and any sketches you need. Using AutoCAD, Revit, or another AEC-standard tool is fine as long as the final drawings arrive in both PDF (24”x36”) and editable DWG formats. Please annotate per the latest California Residential Code and include basic notes for structural, electrical, and plumbing changes that affect the kitchen footprint.

Deliverables:
• Scaled, dimensioned existing floor plan of the kitchen area
• Corresponding proposed floor plan with fixture locations, clearances, and window/door schedules
• Title block with project data, north arrow, and legend
• Simple scope-of-work notes suitable for the permit counter
