CNC 2D Drafting & Programming

I need production-ready 2D drawings and related CNC programs for parts that will run on VMC and HMC machines. You can work in AutoCAD for the drafting portion and, if helpful, move the data into Delcam (or any compatible CAM package) to generate the toolpaths. I will supply sketches, dimensions, and any existing 3D reference models; your job is to translate them into clear manufacturing drawings and, when appropriate, NC code that can be loaded directly on the machines.

Accuracy and machining practicality are critical, so I’m looking for someone who has already created similar deliverables for metal or plastic components. When you reply, highlight the projects where you have combined AutoCAD drafting with CNC programming—especially if VMC/HMC setups were involved. A concise outline of your workflow is enough; I mainly want to see proof of experience rather than a formal proposal.

Deliverables
• DWG/DXF files containing complete 2D geometry, dimensions, and tolerances
• Corresponding NC files (post-processed for Fanuc‐type controllers is ideal, but let me know if you use another)
• A brief setup sheet noting tools, offsets, and any special instructions
