NC/CAM Component Design Project

I’m ready to move a set of mechanical components from concept to production-ready files and need a CAD/CAM professional who can take charge of the full design flow. The primary goal is clean, efficient component design that can be machined without surprises.

Here’s what I’d like you to deliver:
• Parametric 3D models of each component
• Fully dimensioned 2D drawings suitable for shop floor use
• NC toolpaths and setup sheets ready for my CNC environment
• A concise design report outlining chosen materials, key tolerances and any manufacturing notes

Any mainstream platform—AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or your preferred tool—is fine as long as the exported files open cleanly on my end. Expect moderate complexity: no ornate surfaces, but every feature must be production-accurate.

Please centre your proposal on your experience with similar CAD/CAM jobs—show me past designs you’ve taken all the way to the machine, noting any efficiency gains or machining challenges you overcame. A short timeline estimate and list of deliverable formats will help me lock in the schedule quickly.
