2D/3D CAD for Outdoor Fields

I need a designer who can take my preliminary sketches and turn them into both precise 2D construction drawings and compelling 3D visualisations for a series of outdoor sports fields. The work covers everything from accurate site layouts right through to photorealistic renderings that help stakeholders picture the final facility before a shovel hits the ground. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or comparable tools are all welcome as long as the final files are fully editable and exportable.

Because this project guides real-world builds, clear documentation is critical. Your drawings must be dimensionally sound, compliant with typical field-of-play standards, and formatted so civil engineers and contractors can move straight into permitting and execution.

Deliverables I expect:
• Site plan and grading layout in 2D (DWG + PDF)
• Detailed field markings and equipment placement drawings
• 3D model rendered from multiple viewpoints (native format + OBJ/FBX)
• A short design note explaining assumptions, materials, and key dimensions
