CAD Redraw & DIN Areas
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a building plan only available as a PDF. I need that plan reproduced faithfully in CAD—no design tweaks, no extra annotations, just an exact digital twin with proper layers, line weights, and dimensions.
Once the drawing is complete, please generate a full area breakdown compliant with DIN 277 (DIN 276 is also acceptable). The calculation will be used for a property valuation report, so accuracy and traceability are essential.
Deliverables
• .dwg (or .dxf) file mirroring the original PDF
• Area table in DIN-conforming layout, supplied as both a plotted sheet (PDF) and an editable Excel or CSV file
I will supply the source PDF as soon as we start, and I’m happy to answer dimension or scale questions quickly so you can keep momentum.
