CAD Layout: Banquet & Exhibition

I’m preparing a single venue to function as a seated banquet hall and an exhibition floor on the same day, so I need a clean, accurate CAD plan that tells our decorators, caterers, and stand builders exactly where everything goes. The core of the job is to translate my rough sketches and measurements (I’ll share these as soon as we start) into a professional 2-D layout that shows traffic flow, table placement for the banquet, and a clearly numbered booth grid for exhibitors.

Key requirement: booth arrangements are critical—each booth must be sized consistently, leave sufficient aisle widths, and align logically with our entrance and service doors. I’m flexible on table shapes and overall orientation as long as guest circulation stays smooth between the dining and display areas.
