CAD Internal Boundary Plotting
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have an existing site plan in a native CAD format SHX File? and PDF. What I need now is for all internal boundaries to be laid out precisely, complete with detailed measurements and individual lot sizes.
Here are the specifics:
• Two separate diagrams are required.
Lot 1 focuses on a hammer-head–shaped lot (I will attach a mudmap)
The driveway is 4000 from front to @32.17 and the hammerhead portion 600m2.
The bottom boundary f the hammerhead must be 900m off the existing garage.
The dimensions of the hammerhaed require adjusting owing to the following:.
The second drawing includes Lot 1 above and a seperate internal boundary the creates an additional 2 lots - (3 lots in total).
Two drawings are required as there are 2 stages to the process.
Lot 2 will contain the house and the boudary is on the right is 900m from the veranda running in a straight line to the rear. This will be the largest lot.
Lot 3 as per the mudmap will need to be a minimum of 600m2.
• Every new boundary line must be dimensioned so that the plan can be taken straight to council or a contractor without additional mark-ups.
• Scale and coordinate base in the original drawing must remain intact; please work on new layers so the file stays clean and reversible.
Deliverables
1. Two AutoCAD-compatible files (.dwg) containing the new boundary work.
2. Matching print-ready PDFs for quick review.
I will supply the current pdf's etc and any existing survey control points as soon as we start.
