CAD & Freehand Prototype Drawings Needed

I’m finalising a new product and have reached the prototype-testing stage. To capture the tweaks that keep surfacing, I need a designer who can switch comfortably between precise CAD modelling and quick freehand ideation.

Here is exactly what I’m after:
• Technical drawings: dimensioned, toleranced and ready to hand straight to the machine shop (STEP, DWG or SolidWorks files).
• Assembly drawings: exploded views that show fastening order and part call-outs, clear enough for technicians to follow without extra notes.

The CAD work must line up centimeter-perfect with the existing prototype’s measurements, while the freehand sketches should visualise optional improvements and alternate part geometries I’m still weighing up. If you normally work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD you’ll slip right in, but any professional package that exports neutral formats is acceptable.

I’ll provide the current prototype photographs, rough measurements, and my last round of mark-ups the moment we start. Turnaround on the first draft is ideally one week, with minor revisions after I review the fit in the workshop.

Deliverables are approved when:
– All critical dimensions match the supplied spec within ±0.2 mm.
– Assembly artwork is readable in A3 print.
– Freehand concepts clearly highlight the changes you propose.
