As-Built Floor Plan Creation

I'm seeking a skilled designer to create prelim floor plans for a real estate listing of 2000 SF second gen (GameStop) retail space. Space Plans dipicting space as-is and demised space plan, dividing into two (2) +/-1000 (25x80) SF spaces. Please see attached survey, and exterior/interior photos, no existing as-built plan in file.

Requirements:
- Floor plans only
- Basic layout
- For real estate listing purposes

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in CAD or similar design software
- Experience in creating real estate floor plans
- Attention to detail and accuracy
