Building HVAC 2D Drafting Project

I need a skilled mechanical drafter to turn my HVAC layout sketches and notes for a commercial building into clean, accurate 2-D technical drawings. The focus is purely design & drafting—no prototyping or broader consulting—so I’m looking for someone who can jump straight into detailing supply/return ducts, piping runs, equipment locations, and basic schedules using AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD software).

You will receive:
• Architectural floor plans in DWG/PDF
• Hand-marked HVAC zoning diagrams and load data
• Manufacturer cut-sheets for the specified units

Your deliverable back to me:
• Fully layered DWG files and matching PDF sets ready for permit submission
• Title block filled out with my project information
• Duct and pipe sizes, airflow/flow rates, insulation notes, and key legends clearly called out
• Simple equipment schedule sheet

I’ll review the first draft, send minor mark-ups, and expect the final revision within a week after feedback. Accuracy, tidy line work, and adherence to standard mechanical drafting conventions are a must—if you’ve produced building HVAC drawings before, this will feel straightforward.
