G+1 Building DWG Drafting
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a single reference image of a Ground + First floor School and I need it converted into a clean, scale-accurate AutoCAD file. The final DWG must contain detailed floor plans for both levels, fully annotated and ready for onward coordination.
Scope of work
• Trace and scale the building accurately from the supplied image.
• Produce separate ground- and first-floor plans on clearly named layers.
• Add all required annotations: room names, overall and internal dimensions, furniture layout indications, material specifications, plus a door & window schedule keyed to the plan.
• Keep layers, line types and text styles tidy so the drawing is easy to edit later.
Deliverable
A single DWG file that opens flawlessly in AutoCAD 2018 (or later) and reflects the information above.
Acceptance
I will overlay your DWG on my original image; dimensions, wall alignments and openings must match within a few millimetres. All annotations should be legible at 1:100 print scale.
