### Scope of Work

* Convert our engineer-provided drawings into *2 professional 2D apartment unit plans*.
* Create **1 complete typical floor plan** showing all units, lift, staircase, and common areas.
* Design **1 modern front elevation** for the apartment.

### Deliverables

* 2 Brochure-Ready Apartment Unit Plans (2D)
* 1 Brochure-Ready Typical Floor Plan (2D)
* 1 Front Elevation
* High-resolution PDF, PNG/JPG
* Editable source files (AI, DWG, PSD, or similar)

### Notes

* Existing engineer drawings will be provided.
* No architectural redesign is required—only conversion into clean, attractive, marketing-ready drawings suitable for a brochure.
