I need a skilled draftsperson to create a full set of as-built drawings for my single-family house. It does not require a permit for this stage; the goal is simply to have precise digital plans that document the current structure exactly as it stands.

There are no existing blueprints—neither digital files nor paper copies—so you will be starting from scratch. No alterations or additions are planned; the focus is 100 % on capturing the present layout and details.

Scope of work
• Site visit
• Draft scaled floor plans for each level
• Exterior elevations and basic roof plan
• Key dimensions, window/door schedules, and material notes sufficient for future reference or potential renovations

• A brief summary sheet listing overall square footage and room areas
