Brass Handle Extrusion Profile Drawing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have an AutoCAD file and a matching 3D model of a brass door-pull handle. From these references, I need the pure cross-sectional extrusion profile extracted and laid out as a shop-ready 2D drawing for my die maker.
Scope
• Trace or rebuild the true cross-section.
• Add all critical dimensions, plus basic fit/finish tolerances and clear call-outs for radii, wall thickness, and any reliefs.
• Include concise manufacturing notes only where they help the die maker (e.g., “sharp corners to be broken 0.2 mm”).
• No formal extrusion standard is required—just follow common-sense best practice for brass profiles.
Deliverables
1. Fully dimensioned DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or earlier).
2. Matching PDF for quick print.
3. Optional DXF if that’s your normal output.
I can supply the original 2D drawing, the 3D model, and a quick sketch highlighting the portion that must be extruded. Keep the file structure clean so I can forward it directly to our vendor without edits.
