I am seeking an experienced architect or designer to create a detailed 2D floor plan for a small boutique hotel development on 227 sqm of land in Lombok, Indonesia.

Project Scope:

Land size: 227 sqm

Project type: Boutique Hotel / Guesthouse

Room count: Approx. 6–12 compact rooms (20-30 sqm each with ensuite)

Layout should also include:

Reception/check-in area

Communal living qand kitchen

Service areas (laundry, staff, storage)

Consideration of circulation, pathways, setbacks

Deliverables: 2D floor plan (with dimensions in meters), layout optimized for space efficiency and guest experience

Requirements:

Previous experience designing small hotels, villas, or guesthouses (portfolio required)

Familiarity with tropical architecture and efficient use of compact land plots

Ability to deliver in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or PDF with clear measurements

Knowledge of Indonesian building practices (preferred but not mandatory)
