Blueprint to AutoCAD Conversion

I have a clear hand-drawn floor plan that now needs to live in AutoCAD. Your job is to trace the drawing accurately, recreate it as a clean, layered DWG, and then adjust a few door and window positions exactly as I specify.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:
• I’ll send you annotated scans of the original blueprint showing the precise new locations and sizes for each affected door or window.
• You rebuild the full plan in AutoCAD, keeping walls, dimensions, and room labels true to the original.
• You shift the indicated openings to their new spots, updating any affected dimensions.

Deliverables I’m looking for:
• Editable DWG file with sensible layers (walls, doors, windows, text, dimensions, etc.).
• A plotted PDF so I can review at a glance.
• One round of adjustments after my review to catch any final tweaks.
