Blueprint 2D & 3D Apartment Plans

I need clear, blueprint-style 2D floor plans for several apartments. Each drawing must label every room, show the door swings, indicate the position of the main kitchen elements, toilet, shower, and a representative set of furniture, and display the area of each space in square metres directly on the plan.

Once the 2D layouts are approved, I also want a 3D version of each unit. These models should carry over the exact walls, openings, and furniture placements from the blueprints and present them in a detailed view that includes the main furniture and built-in fixtures. Generic furniture is fine; no brand matching is required. Clean lighting and neutral textures are enough—I’m not looking for decorative staging, just an informative visual that helps viewers understand scale and circulation.

The designs and layout should come from you any designs can work. Will provide a PDF sample. Please include one round of minor revisions in your bid and let me know roughly how long you’ll need for each unit from sketch hand-off to final delivery.
