Beginner AutoCAD 2D Drafting Training

I’m completely new to AutoCAD and need a patient trainer who can walk me through the basics of 2D drafting from the ground up. My goal is to create accurate drawings for my personal design and DIY projects, so I’m not looking for a rush-through overview—I want solid, practical skills I can rely on later without supervision.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Interactive, screen-shared sessions that explain the interface, drawing tools, layers, dimensions, and file management step by step.
• Short assignments after each session so I can practise and send the files back to you for feedback.
• Tips and shortcuts that speed up everyday drafting tasks.
• A small reference pack (PDF or video clips) summarising key commands we cover, so I can revisit them whenever needed.

Ideally we meet online twice a week, but I’m flexible on timing as long as it fits a consistent schedule. If you’ve taught complete beginners before and can provide a sample exercise or a short demo file, that would help me see your teaching style. Looking forward to learning from you!
