Bedroom Split Floor Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m converting two oversized bedrooms into three separate, code-compliant rooms and need a clear floor plan I can hand directly to my framer. I already measured the space and sketched out where I’d like the new walls, closets, and door openings to go; what’s missing is a professional drawing that locks everything in and shows accurate dimensions.
The deliverable I’m after is a scaled floor plan (PDF + editable CAD) that reflects my traditional style preference—think standard trim widths, symmetrical closet doors, and a layout that feels classic rather than ultra-modern. Door swings, wall thicknesses, and closet configurations should all read cleanly so the framer can proceed without guesswork.
If you have suggestions on efficient stud placement or minor tweaks that could save materials while keeping the traditional look, please note them on a separate layer or call-out. Otherwise, keep the plan straightforward: no electrical or plumbing marks are needed at this stage.
Once I send you the rough sketch and dimensions, I’d like a first draft within two days for quick feedback, then a finalized plan ready for print.
