I need a clear, build-ready floor plan for a residential single-family home with exactly two bedrooms. The drawing should show all interior walls, doors and windows, circulation paths and basic plumbing fixture locations so a local architect or builder can move straight into permitting and construction documents.
Please include:
• Scaled 2D plan with room dimensions and total square footage
• Separate PDF and editable CAD (DWG or similar) files
• A simple legend or key for symbols used
