Bathroom Remodel Layout Draft

I need a clear, accurate drawing that shows how my current bathroom will change once a few new elements are moved around. I will supply photos, the existing floor plan, and simple notes describing the proposed modification; from that, I only require a basic layout with precise wall-to-wall measurements and the new fixture positions marked. No 3-D work, plumbing schematics, or electrical details are necessary—just a clean plan view that I can hand to my contractor.

Please create the file in SketchUp or autocad or OT draw, so I can review and tweak it later if needed; a PDF export alongside the native file will be the final deliverable.
