Bathroom Layout & Design Optimization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have five bathrooms—four compact, one generous—already outlined in my house plan. Your task is to rethink each of them with a modern look that feels spacious and practical while staying within the existing walls.
Scope of work
• Start from my CAD/PDF plans and produce at least two smart layout options for every bathroom. In each option, show the exact position and size for shower, toilet, vanity, and built-in storage.
• Keep the overall mood modern with neutral tones and a primary surface finish of ceramic tiles. If you spot an elegant way to weave in a touch of natural stone or wood accents without sacrificing the clean palette, feel free to suggest it.
• Offer space-saving tricks—niches, wall-hung fixtures, sliding doors, clever lighting—that visually enlarge the rooms.
• Include concise notes on fixture sizes (especially the shower) so installation is straightforward.
Deliverables
1. Dimensioned 2D plan for every proposed layout (PDF or DWG).
2. One preferred layout per bathroom developed into a simple 3D visualization or sketch to convey volume and material feel.
3. A brief rationale explaining why each plan works best for circulation, storage, and maintenance.
I’ll supply the current drawings the moment we agree to proceed. Please attach or link a few samples of bathrooms you have already redesigned so I can gauge style compatibility.
