Bathroom & Laundry Drawing Package
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I’m ready to renovate both my bathroom and adjoining laundry and need a complete set of interior design drawings to hand straight to my builder. The space is to be kept strictly minimalist, so every line, junction and material transition has to feel clean and intentional.
Here’s what I’m expecting once we work together:
• Bathroom drawings – fully dimensioned floor plan, elevations, tile layout, fixture locations and any bespoke joinery or shelving details.
• Laundry drawings – matching depth of detail for cabinetry, appliance recesses, plumbing and ventilation points, plus a shared reflected ceiling plan that covers both rooms.
PDF sheets for easy review and the original DWG files for my contractor are both required. Keep layers and line-weights organised so the set can be dropped straight into our main documentation package.
I’ll be available for quick feedback rounds and can supply current as-built plans immediately. If you have questions about finishes, lighting or fixture schedules, feel free to flag them early so we keep the minimalist concept intact from day one.
