Bathroom Floor Plan with Measurements

I need a clear, dimensioned floor plan for a small bathroom remodel. The drawing must show the precise placement of a toilet, shower, bathtub, and a vanity, with all critical wall-to-fixture and fixture-to-fixture distances called out.

The room’s overall footprint is already set; what I’m missing is a properly scaled 2-D plan that I can hand straight to my contractor and city permitting office. I’m flexible on the exact layout, so feel free to recommend the most space-efficient arrangement—you’re welcome to explore single-file, L-shaped, or any other configuration that meets code and good design practice.

Deliverables
• A PDF and editable source file (DWG, DXF, or comparable) showing:
 – Accurate overall room dimensions
 – Fixture outlines with centerline measurements
 – Door swing and any window locations if required
• A brief note explaining assumptions (clearances, code minimums, etc.) so the contractor can verify on-site.
