Bathroom CAD Drawings, 2D/3D Layout & Full BOM – 228cm x 152cm
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a 228 cm × 152 cm bathroom that needs to be documented in detail before renovation begins. I already know the basic style I’m after, but I’m looking for a professional who can turn that rough vision into a complete set of 2D plans and a fully navigable 3D model.
Scope
– Produce dimension-accurate 2D drawings that clearly show walls, openings, plumbing runs, electrical points and a precise tile layout.
– Build a coordinated 3D model so I can review spatial relationships, fixture clearances and overall aesthetics from every angle.
– Generate a comprehensive bill of materials that lists every fixture, fitting, tile and accessory referenced in the drawings, including quantities and key specs.
Acceptance
The work is finished when I receive:
1. DWG (or equivalent) 2D floor plan, elevations and sections.
2. A shareable 3D file (Revit, SketchUp or similar) plus high-resolution renders.
3. A cross-referenced BOM in Excel or CSV that matches the call-outs on the drawings.
I will supply current measurements, reference photos and style notes as soon as we begin. With solid drafting experience in AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp—and a keen eye for plumbing, electrical and tile coordination—you’ll have exactly what you need to get this bathroom ready for construction.
