Basic Washroom Layout & Walkthrough

I need a straightforward visual package for a new washroom: a clean 2-dimensional plan that pins down walls, doors, and the placement of the WC, basin, and shower, plus a companion 3-dimensional model that lets me “walk” through the space. Because I chose the Basic layout option, I’m only after essential geometry—no heavy material or texture work—so you can focus on clear spatial organisation rather than photorealistic rendering.

Here’s what I’d like handed over:

• One dimensioned 2D drawing (PDF + editable file) that shows walls, plumbing points, fixtures, and clearances.
• A matching 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) with camera path set up for an interior walk-through, exported as both the native file and an MP4 or similar video clip.
• Two minor revision rounds to fine-tune fixture positions if needed.

I’ll provide the room’s measurements and any site photos as soon as we start. If questions about finishes arise, feel free to note suggestions, but detailed material specification isn’t required at this stage. Speed and clarity are the priorities—let me see how the layout flows so I can sign off and move the project forward.
