Basic 2D Floor Plan Drafting

I need a set of clean, clearly organised 2-D floor plans created in AutoCAD. The scope is limited to basic architectural layout: walls, internal and external doors, windows and labelled room names—no furniture, fixtures or structural detailing at this stage. I will supply a hand-sketch (or existing PDF) with dimensions as soon as we start so you can trace and refine it directly in AutoCAD.

Please keep layers tidy and logical so later teams can add electrical or mechanical details without extra re-work.

Deliverables
• DWG file compatible with AutoCAD 2020 or newer
• PDF plotted to A3 at 1:100 scale

Accuracy to the supplied dimensions and tidy line-weight management will be the key acceptance criteria. I’m ready to move as soon as I find the right drafter and would like the first draft back within two days, with one revision round included.
