Basic 2 Bedroom House Plan

I require a floor plan for an already existing house that is required for Certificate of Lawfullness of an existing dwelling for planning permission retrospectivly.

I have the origial plans which just need to be brough up to the level required for the planning department requirements.

What I need from you:
Location/Site Plan: No block colour, only application site to be outlined in red.
Show parking and Drawing to scale

Can i get a quote as to the cost to get these drawing prepaired?
