Basic AutoCAD 2D Layouts

I’m looking for a drafter who can turn my handwritten notes and measurements into clean, readable 2-D drawings in AutoCAD. The job covers two separate spaces—a private home and a small hospital wing—so I will need one set of plans for each.

The scope is intentionally simple: a basic layout only. No need to add furniture blocks or lighting symbols; I just want accurate wall placements, door and window openings, and any fixed elements that affect flow. I already have precise room-by-room dimensions, which I will forward as soon as we start. Your task is to reflect those numbers faithfully and keep line-weights, layers, and annotations clear enough for a contractor or interior designer to follow.

Deliverables
• Two .dwg files (home plan and hospital plan)
• Matching PDFs for quick review

I’ll review the drafts once, return any mark-ups, and expect a single revision round before we wrap up. If you work efficiently and keep everything to scale, this should be a straightforward project.
