Basement Storage Layout Draft

Job ID: 40501523

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I already have the basement’s architectural plan and now need a clean 2-D proposal that divides the space into roughly 21 lock-up rooms. The main concrete walls and columns are rectangular, so the grid is straightforward; what matters is using that geometry to carve out two clear unit sizes—larger ones for the big apartments and smaller ones for the rest—while keeping circulation efficient.

Please set the larger units together in one section so residents can immediately spot the premium spaces. Every storage room on the drawing must include its boundary lines, internal dimensions, total area, and a unique room number. Corridors, door swings, and any required turning nodes should be drawn as well so everyone can judge access and safety.

Deliverables
• One scaled 2-D layout in PDF for quick sharing
• The editable CAD file (DWG / DXF) so we can tweak the concept after the owners’ meeting
• A simple key or schedule summarising each room’s number, size category, and area

I’ll provide the existing floor plan in pdf once we start—we’re only at proposal stage, so no detailed construction notes are necessary yet.
