Basement Stair & Door Drawings

I need detailed plan and elevation drawings for a residential basement entry. The house is traditional in character, and I would like the new concrete stairs and matching door surround to respect that style. Please prepare scaled drawings suitable for permit submission, showing dimensions, materials, and any code-required notes for a concrete stair run leading to the basement and the exterior door opening. PDF sheets are fine, but I’ll also need the original CAD files so revisions can be made later if required.
