Basement-to-Roof Plumbing Plan

I am preparing a permit set for a three-level residential build (finished basement plus two upper floors) and need a clear, code-compliant plumbing diagram. The drawing must show both water-supply and drainage lines from the service entrance all the way to their terminal points, including every vent, clean-out, trap, valve, and pipe size.

Fixtures to be shown:
• Sinks and toilets
• Showers and bathtubs
• Laundry hookups

Please lay out pipe routes on each floor plan and include a riser/isometric that ties everything together so the inspector can follow the flow at a glance. Final files should be delivered in PDF for submission and either DWG or a fully editable CAD format for my records. I will provide the architectural floor plans as soon as we start; you simply overlay the plumbing, label it clearly, and follow the local residential code (IPC or UPC—let me know which set you prefer and I’ll confirm with the city).

I expect one initial draft, a round of mark-ups, and a clean final version ready to upload with the permit application.
