Barndo with Garage Layout

I'm building a barndo with a 300 sq ft garage addition. I need someone to do the following:

- Measure and layout:
- Exact dimensions of the garage
- Placement of entrances and exits
- Position of windows and overhangs

- Provide a comprehensive list that includes:
- Materials required
- Construction steps
- Cost estimates

- Deliver 5 copies of the layout

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in blueprints, CAD drawings, or hand-drawn sketches
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in construction planning and estimation
