Backyard Sauna & Pergola Permit-Ready Plan

Hi guys,

We have an open permit in Cooper City, Florida for a backyard sauna + pergola. The owner confirmed that all City comments are still OPEN, so we need a permit-ready revised plan set.

I will attach:
• Existing site plan file
• My sketches for the sauna and pergola showing setbacks from property lines
• Manufacturer drawings/specs for the sauna + pergola
• New pool drawings

Important: the detailed site plan I’m attaching shows an old pool. The property has a new pool, so the site plan must be updated to match the new pool drawings.

Sauna drawings note: the sauna manufacturer installation manual already includes all plans/elevations/sections. No need to draft new sauna plans — just take screenshots from the manufacturer PDF and place them on the permit sheets in a clean format.

Scope / Deliverables (PDF plan set)
1. Cover sheet / Scope of Work (Cooper City permit revision)
2. Updated Site Plan

• Property lines, house footprint, fences, existing improvements
• Proposed sauna + pergola location
• All setbacks/dimensions to property lines
• Include the NEW pool layout (replace old pool shown on the current plan)

3. Sauna Sheet

• Use manufacturer plan + sections + details (screenshots placed on sheet)
• Add basic notes and reference model/specs

4. Pergola Plan (footprint + height + description)
5. Impervious area calculations (existing + proposed, summary table)
6. FAR / lot coverage calculations if required by City comments
7. Attachments: manufacturer spec sheets/manuals for sauna + pergola

No electrical drawings / no electrical load calculations
(Electrical will be handled separately by a licensed electrician under a separate electrical permit.)
