BMP to DFX for Laser Cutting
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have two BMP images that I need converted into clean, vector-ready DFX files for laser cutting. The artwork includes geometric patterns that must stay intact, yet I only need a medium level of precision—fine enough for crisp cuts but without the extreme tolerances used in high-end machining.
You will take the bitmaps, trace or redraw them as necessary, and return DFX files that open flawlessly in common laser-cutting software. Please keep the original dimensions, organise the shapes into continuous, closed paths, and make sure no stray points or doubled lines remain.
Deliverables
• Two separate, production-ready DFX files corresponding to each BMP image
• Any notes on scale or layer organisation you used during the conversion
If you have questions about line weights, scaling, or file compatibility, just let me know before you start. I’m ready to get these into the cutter as soon as your files arrive.
The width and height are 46 cm and 70,5 cm, and they will be cut this size.
