I am looking for an experienced architect/interior designer/contractor to redesign and execute renovation work for my 2 BHK flat located in Pune.
The project involves structural modifications, bathroom renovation, kitchen restructuring, and complete interior improvement with a modern, functional design approach.
Scope of Work:
1. Wall Modification
• Remove/modify wall between passage and kitchen
2. Bathroom Renovation (2 Units)
• Complete redesign of both bathrooms (approx. 4×8 ft each)
• Plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, fittings
• Modern, space-efficient layout
3. Kitchen Restructuring
• Redesign kitchen layout for better accessibility
• Storage optimization
• Modern modular kitchen suggestions
4. POP (Plaster of Paris) Work
• False ceiling design for entire flat
• Lighting integration (LED, cove lighting preferred)
5. Overall Interior Design
• Space planning for entire 2 BHK
• Living room, bedrooms, passage optimization
• Modern, minimal and practical design
• Material and color selection
