AutoCAD Wire Harness Drafter - speak Chineseis is a must

I need drafter that speak Chinese who can jump straight into AutoCAD and turn my wire-harness concepts into production-ready drawings for cable assemblies. All communication will be in Chinese, so full written and spoken fluency is essential.
Scope
• Draft detailed 2D schematics and layout drawings for cable assemblies, following my electrical requirements and mechanical constraints.
• Show every pin configuration, clearly label all connector types, and specify the exact wire gauges so the manufacturing team can quote and build without further clarification.
• Deliver organised DWG files plus print-ready PDFs; if you use model-space/paper-space standards or custom blocks, keep them clean and reusable.
My workflow
I will share reference sketches, connector datasheets, and a wiring table. You interpret those and return the first pass; I mark up any tweaks (still in Chinese), and you loop once more to final.
Acceptance
A drawing package is considered complete when:
1. All pins, connectors, and wire gauges match the supplied table.
2. Layers, line-weights, and title blocks conform to the template I’ll send.
3. The DWG opens error-free in AutoCAD 2021 and the PDF prints at A3 with correct scaling.
If you prefer other CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CATIA for modeling, feel free to mention it, but the final handoff must still be in native AutoCAD format.
