AutoCAD & SolidWorks 2D Drafting

I have a set of mechanical parts that need to be converted into precise 2D drawings in both AutoCAD and SolidWorks. I will supply the sketches, key dimensions, and tolerances; you will translate them into clean, production-ready DWG and SLDDRW files, keeping layers, line weights, and title blocks consistent across the two platforms. If you spot any design-for-manufacture issues, flag them so we can adjust before release.

When you send your bid, include a detailed project proposal that explains your drafting workflow, turnaround time per part, the file formats you’ll deliver (DWG, DXF, PDF, SLDDRW, etc.), and how you handle revisions. Portfolios are welcome, but I’ll be choosing mainly on the strength and clarity of your proposed approach.

Although this task focuses solely on 2D drafting, the parts may later move into 3D modeling or simulation, so feel free to note any broader CAD capabilities you have.

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings are fully dimensioned, correctly scaled, and follow the supplied tolerances.
• Files open error-free in AutoCAD 2024 and SolidWorks 2023.
• Any discrepancies or manufacturability concerns are documented alongside the drawings.
