AutoCAD 2D + Section Drawings + 3D Layout for an Event Lawn
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are developing a premium wedding and event lawn with a total plot area of approximately 4,500 sq. meters. We require a complete AutoCAD drawing package including:
1. 2D CAD Floor Plan (with North direction)
2. Section Drawings (for boundary wall, stage, and facility blocks)
3. 2D/3D Layout (site massing model / basic 3D block plan)
This package will be used as a base reference by our 3D rendering and walkthrough team.
The project design theme is Modern, Royal, Warm, and Timeless — the layout should reflect these attributes in terms of proportions, circulation, and zoning.
Plot Dimensions (Irregular Quadrilateral):
• North: 58.84 m
• East: 74.00 m
• South: 54.75 m
• West: 71.23 m
Total Area: ~4,500 sq. m
Key Requirements for the CAD Drawing:
1. Boundary Wall:
• Height: 5.5 ft
• Material: Mild Steel (MS) horizontal pipes, painted white (regular plastic paint).
• Support: Vertical columns every 10 ft.
• Hedge: 10–12 ft Conocarpus hedge planted inside the MS boundary for a lush elevation.
2. Main Entry Gate:
• Location: Center of the North boundary.
• Width: 30 ft.
• Opens directly to a 75 m wide road.
3. Parking Area:
• Location: East side of the plot.
• Dimensions: 35 m x 75 m.
• Surface: Fully pavered.
• Access: Connects to the main lawn through one central opening in the boundary.
4. Kitchen Block:
• Location: South-East corner, outside the main plot boundary.
• Dimensions: 30 ft x 50 ft.
5. Washrooms:
• Location: Along the West boundary wall.
• Dimensions: 25 ft x 40 ft.
• Layout: Separate male and female entries.
6. Stage Options (Two Alternatives):
Option A – South Wall Stage:
• Stage dimensions: 25 ft x 50 ft.
• Positioned at the center of the South boundary.
• Red carpet pathway from the North gate to the stage.
Option B – West Wall Stage:
• Stage dimensions: 25 ft x 50 ft.
• Positioned at the center of the West boundary.
• Red carpet pathway from the North gate, turning towards the stage.
7. Circulation & Pathways:
• Red carpet walkway from the North main gate to both stage options.
• Clear circulation pathways for guests to access stalls, washrooms, and stage.

• Minimal representation, not highlighted.
