AutoCAD Residential Floor Plans

I need two separate floor-plan drawings prepared in AutoCAD for a residential project that will follow a traditional design approach. Each plan must clearly show all core spaces—bedrooms with adjacent living areas, a full kitchen paired with dining space, plus bathrooms and utility rooms—laid out logically and to scale.

Once we begin, I’ll supply the overall dimensions and any site constraints so you can arrange walls, doors, and windows correctly. Label every room, add key dimensions, and keep wall thicknesses and circulation paths consistent with typical traditional-style homes.

Deliverables
• Two fully layered .dwg files, ready for further detailing
• Matching PDF sheets suitable for quick review and printing

I’ll review the PDFs first; when everything aligns with the brief and basic building standards, the project is complete and the DWGs can be closed out.
