AutoCAD Redraw of Residential Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am providing an existing 7-sheet residential plan set that needs to be professionally redrawn in AutoCAD. This is not a redesign. All dimensions, layouts, and geometry must remain exactly as shown in the original drawings.
The objective is to produce a permit-ready, professional CAD set that matches municipal drafting standards. I have also uploaded a high-quality reference project that represents the expected level of clarity, lineweights, text quality, and overall presentation. The final drawings must meet or exceed this example. Any missing or unclear items compared to the reference example must be completed and corrected.
Scope:
Redraw all sheets in native AutoCAD (no raster images as final output)
Maintain 100% dimensional accuracy
Improve drafting quality (lineweights, text, layout)
Update existing notes only where wording is outdated for local code
No design changes or geometry modifications
Create a fully mirrored version of the entire plan set so the driveway/garage flips sides
Deliverables:
Editable AutoCAD DWG files (clean layers, purged, no XREFs)
Permit-ready PDF set plotted at 24" × 36"
A second mirrored DWG and PDF set with identical formatting
Requirements:
AutoCAD experience with residential permit drawings
Imperial units (feet/inches)
Drawings must read clearly at full and half scale
