AutoCAD Modern House Drafting
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
I have a single-story, modern home sketched and backed up with several reference photos. I now need the concept turned into clean, dimensioned AutoCAD drawings that I can submit to our homeowners association.
Your brief:
• Re-draft the floor plan in AutoCAD from my scanned sketch while updating the size to 4100 sqft and 3 car garage.
• Produce at least four presentation-ready elevations (front, rear, and both sides) that clearly highlight the key feature: generous large windows running across the façade.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Editable DWG files for the floor plan and elevations. Using 2x6 exterior walls with signle layer of bricks outside. Plan is to be upgrade to 3 car garage.
2. PDF sheets laid out for easy HOA review.
3. A short, print-ready legend showing overall square footage of 4100 sqft, key materials, and window dimensions.
All work must stay true to the modern aesthetic—clean lines, minimal ornamentation, and an emphasis on those large panes of glass. I’ll provide the scans and photos as soon as we start; please keep layer names tidy so any future changes are simple.
If this sounds straightforward for you, let’s get the drawings started.
