AutoCAD Mechanical Parts - Orthographic Projection
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Project Description – ENGR 1201 AutoCAD Project 1
I need a complete AutoCAD 2026 drawing for Project 1 – Orthographic Projection, Layers, Sectioning and Dimensioning.
There are 3 separate mechanical parts:
Engine Chock
Seat Bracket
Generator Mount
Each part must be completed separately.
General Requirements
For EACH part:
• Create correct orthographic projections:
Front View (properly selected)
Top View
Side View
• Create one proper Section View
Show correct Cutting Plane Line
Use correct hatching (steel material)
Do NOT hatch holes
• All holes are THROUGH unless specified otherwise
• For Engine Chock: one hole has depth = 5
Layers (Must Be Exactly As Follows)
Object Line
Continuous – 0.70 mm – White
Hidden Line
Hidden – 0.40 – Blue
Center Line
Center – 0.35 – Green
Dimension Line
Continuous – 0.40 – Red
Construction Line
Continuous – 0.40 – Red
Section Line
Continuous – 0.35 – White
Cutting Plane Line
Phantom – 1.0 – Magenta
All objects must be placed on correct layers.
Dimension Style Requirements
Text Height: 3
Arrowhead Size: 3
Offset from Origin: 1
Precision: 0
Decimal separator: period (.)
Dimensions must be Unidirectional
For circles and arcs:
Use Multi-Leader, NOT AutoCAD radius/diameter tool
Multi-leader landing distance: 3
Layout Requirements
• Each object must be on its own Layout tab
• Proper viewport scale must be used
• Viewports must be locked
• Drawing must be clean and properly centered
