AutoCAD Manufacturing Drafting Specialist
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need support on a steady stream of manufacturing-focused drafting work. The role centres on producing clean, fully-dimensioned 2D drawings in AutoCAD and then packaging the data into clear technical manuals for our production and quality teams. You should have roughly one to two years of hands-on experience in a shop-floor or fabrication environment, so that component tolerances, machining symbols, and weld call-outs already feel second nature.
Beyond drawing creation, I will rely on you to maintain tidy Excel bill-of-materials, update revision registers, and embed the resulting PDFs, exploded views, and notes into Microsoft Office templates we already use. Solid documentation habits matter as much as linework accuracy; every project must close with a concise, step-by-step technical manual that any operator can follow.
Typical flow you will handle:
• Translate sketches or 3D references into AutoCAD 2D part and assembly drawings
• Generate BOMs in Excel and cross-check against ERP exports
• Compile the above into an operator-ready technical manual (Word/PDF) with annotated images, safety notes, and revision history
All files remain our property and must be delivered in both native (DWG, XLSX, DOCX) and PDF formats. Clear layer naming, consistent dimension styles, and ISO title blocks are non-negotiable acceptance criteria.
If you can slot into this workflow immediately and keep communication brisk and transparent, let’s start with a short test package and grow from there.
