AutoCAD Layout for Commercial Plot

I need a precise, to-scale AutoCAD layout of my 1,250 sq-yard commercial site so I can forward it to my architect for authority approval. The drawing must clearly show a commercial hall in both the basement and the upper-ground floor, with thoughtfully positioned restrooms serving each level. Include circulation elements—entry points, staircases or ramps, lift core if required, and parking or service zones—so the plan is ready for code review.

Please deliver a clean, editable DWG (and an exported PDF) that reflects all dimensions, gridlines, annotations and north point, accurate enough for the architect to layer on structural and MEP details later.
