AutoCAD Foundation Layout Update

I have an existing DWG that needs to be revised. The core of the task is a layout change focused on the structural side: the foundation must be modified and all related dimensions updated to stay consistent with the new geometry.
You will receive the current AutoCAD file and a drawing of the structure of the required foundation shift. From there, I need the plan revised, dimensions adjusted wherever the change ripples through, and the drawing returned in both DWG and PDF formats. Keep the layering, line types and text styles exactly as they are so the file drops straight back into our workflow.
