AutoCAD 2D Engineering Drawings
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a set of brand-new 2D engineering drawings produced in AutoCAD, starting from my own sketches and concept notes. The scope covers three areas: individual mechanical parts, the HV/LV tank wall assemblies, and the complete systems they fit into.
Every drawing must follow BIS/ISO GD&T conventions, with clear projection symbols, datum references, and a tolerance stack-up called out where interfaces matter. Because these parts will feed straight into our ERP for inventory and maintenance, please embed item codes and revision blocks exactly as supplied.
Alongside the .dwg files, I will require PDFs suitable for shop-floor release, plus an Excel sheet summarising key dimensions, material specs and any critical to quality features. Use the same workbook to analyse fit-ups and record calculated clearances; I will fold this sheet into the technical report that accompanies our process-planning package.
If you spot areas where a quick ANSYS sanity check would de-risk a thin section or a welded joint, note it in the report—basic beam or plate simulations are enough at this stage.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• AutoCAD 2D drawings for each part, sub-assembly and full assembly, fully dimensioned and tolerance-controlled.
• Consolidated PDF set ready for manufacturing release.
• Excel workbook with BOM, dimension summary and tolerance stack-up calculations.
• Short technical note highlighting any simulation recommendations and special quality-inspection points.
